Yes! You can log into our website using your e-mail address and password to find out the status of your order. Next to your order, you will see one of the following:
Pending -
This means that, although we have received details of your order, the payment has not been received for it. This generally happens when either the bank or credit card company have chosen to decline the transaction or if the webpage "times-out" while using one of the payment gateways (Paypal or Sage Pay). The easiest way to rectify this issue is to log into your account on our website and click on My Account that can be found at the top right-hand corner of the page. Then go to My Orders and click on the order number of the order that is at Pending status. Click Add Items to Basket button and all of the products will be added back into your basket and you can then continue to the checkout and pay for the goods. A new order number will be created and the status should be listed as New.
New-
Your order and payment has been received and is waiting to be processed, packed and sent by us.
Despatched -
This means that your order has now left us and is on it's way to you. Please see "What delivery methods do you offer?" for a rough delivery estimate.
Awaiting Stock -
This means that we are out of stock of one or more of the item(s) on your order and are awaiting new stock from our suppliers. If you see the Awaiting Stock notice, it means that we have also sent you an e-mail to provide you with an estimated delivery time and, where possible, an alternative product should we think it may be a suitable alternative.
