This bass neck has a 12", Radius, double action truss rod, 1 1/2", nut, clear satin finish and a maple fingerboard [Every bass neck comes completely fretted and with the nut slot already cut. However, a nut does not come with the bass neck and would need to be ordered separately.]

	It's not very obvious from the pictures or item description that this neck actually has a 21st fret overhang instead of the standard 20. The heel of the neck is also squared off as opposed to the rounded heel on most Fender and Squier models that the sticker on the neck claims this is a replacement for. As a result, the neck is quite difficult to fit. The edges of the fingerboard are also quite sharp, something that even most budget basses manage to avoid. Other than that this is quite a nice neck with a nice fast profile. It's fretted quite nicely too, with no sharp fret ends. It's a shame though that the finish on the neck was also applied over the top of the frets as well.	Jonothan Bolton 28/06/09 at 01:39 PM
