Clear acrylic material with white/black checkerboard backing. The advantage is that the backing sits up against the body of the guitar so it won't scratch. 3mm thick with 45 degree bevel edge.

Please note that this pickguard is designed to fit Mexican made Fender P Bass instruments and will not fit other models/makes of basses.
