Exclusively sold through WD Music UK, the British-engineered Fusion Stratocaster Tremolo System is made from a combination of stainless steel and brass for the ultimate in durability and tonal transfer. A choice of three saddle varieties are available depending upon the players preference.

The Fusion Tremolo bridge features a solid milled brass sustain block for increased mass and string vibration and the ball-end of each string anchors towards the bottom of the block rather than mid-way for improved sustain. The bridge plate, tremolo arm and three allen-key adjusted plate to block screws are all crafted from aircraft-grade polished stainless steel for the utmost in durability and longevity.

One of the common problems with the original Stratocaster tremolo design is thread-wear on the tremolo arm and sustain block caused by repeated use. The Fusion Tremolo system features a stainless-steel spring and ball-bearing mechanism that ensures the tremolo arm will continually have a smooth turning action and will rest in any position, rather than falling to one side. The mechanism also means that no longer will the arm have to be over-tightened to remain secure - the ball bearing and spring reduce thread-wear and ensures that the arm has reduced wobble inside the tremolo hole.

The 6mm diameter tremolo arm features five rubber grommets that vary in diameter to mimic the shape of the original plastic tremolo tip yet create an improved extra non-slip action while using the tremolo.

The standard system comes fully loaded with GraphTech black string-saver saddles for reduced string-breakage. Also available are the GraphTech FerraGlide stainless-steel saddles with black StringSaver material inserted into each string groove, for the same string-breakage reduction but with a matching stainless steel look. Finally, a third option is a set of the vintage-style KTS Titanium saddles for the ultimate in hightend-sustain and string-to-string definition.

The Fusion Tremolo Bridge System feature the original USA spacing and will directly retrofit any vintage or reissue American-made Stratocaster. Other models of Fender such as Made In Mexico and Squier instruments may require modifications to the body - please check the following measurements before purchase.
